Return / Cancellation Policy
CUSTOMER FRIENDLY RETURN POLICY:
Dumdu’s return policy is very flexible which allows customer to return the purchased product within 7 days from the date of delivery on genuine cases only.
In case of returns due to reciept of damaged products, kindly email us to firstname.lastname@example.org. Kindly specify the order number in your email with the images attached to justify the return.
Customer can cancel the order before the product is shipped or until order status is " Pending". Once the order is "Processed" or "Shipped", order status cannot be amended, however Dumdu contact customer care desk for any changes after the order is processed. We will try to help our customers.
It is very unlikely customer will receive defective/ wrong products as all our products will go through detailed quality check before despatch to ensure correct and quality products are shipped to our customers .
- In case of receipt of defective or wrong product, we will replace the item on free of cost provided replacement item available in stock. If the replacement item not available in stock, we will credit your account with purchased value and shipping charges incurred due to return shipping, provided the wrong item is shipped back to us as received condition with correct packing (repacked) including product tags, boxes, hangars, plastic wrap.
- Due to various types of lighting used during photo shoot, color shade subject to negligible variance, hence returns charges due to not liking the product / brightness issues will be bear by customers. Both onward and return shipping charges will be charged to the customer.
- Standard shipping charges will be credited to your account in case of genuine returns. We recommend to contact customer care desk before initiating returns. Dumdu will decide whether received defective item requires return shipping.
- On receipt of wrong item or mismatch sized items, returned items must be unused, unworn, unwashed and undamaged.
- For any products priced more than USD 200, Customer can avail any of two options of either returning the payment in their original payment method or availing credits in their account.
- You can return items which include clothing, footwear and belts unless the item is marked as non-returnable on the product page or items listed in clause 6.
- Reservation/booking of designs possible by providing a token charge and if not claimed within 7 days after availability of items, token payment will not be returned and booking get cancelled.
- Above mentioned return policies are not applicable for below mentioned products.
- All non-sized items like toys, gifts, handbags, and electronics unless received defective/damaged/wrong item (image proof required within 10 hours of receipt).
- Innerwear including Bra, Lingerie, Vests and Briefs.
- Imitation Jewellery products like bangles, Earrings, Brooches, Rings, Necklaces, Pendants.
- Products which has elastic nature like Socks.
